Wassons
We spent the night right inside the border of Washington and Canada at a rest stop. While we were getting ready to leave, we got talking to this guy named Don with three pugs driving a Uhaul We found that he was from Homer, and in fact, he used to go to our Uncle’s church there!
That was interesting! We then left for the Wassons in Oregon, a family who were good friends of the Taylors and had moved down from Homer about 2 years ago.
We got to their house in good time and as were meeting each other, they asked us if we had met a guy in a Uhaul at a rest stop. We said that we had, and they said that he would be there in about a half an hour for dinner! What chance is there that you would meet someone from your Uncle’s church in Alaska in Washington at a rest stop, then find out that he is going to be stopping at the same house that you are in Oregon for dinner?
So here are some picts, we had a great time.

The Wassons had quite a farm!
