Well everyone, I got bronze in Related Technical Math at the SkillsUSA National Competition.

SkillsUSA update
I just finished taking the test. It was hard, I missed a lot of questions, but I suspect that almost everyone else in the room was in the same boat.
I will not know the results till later, probably Friday at the awards ceremony.
Would you join me in praying that what ever the outcome, The Name of the Lord will be glorified!

Well everyone, I have not had much time to post any updates as I have been studying in my free time.
My test is tomorrow at 9am our time (7am your time).
I’ll update you more on how things are going tomorrow, but for now, here is one picture that we took today.

California, in yet just another instance to be a “leading state” in the nation, has formally, legally started issuing marriage certificates to Homosexuals Monday afternoon, 5:01 pm (6-16-08). Today, Tuesday, is the first full day, and news across the state is coming in that County clerks are expecting a very busy day today.
So there you have it. Not only has this country and it’s courts rejected the God that it was founded on, but has started to embrace and openly recognize a disgusting, perverted idea and undermine the family down to the very core. The Parents and the sacredness of Marriage between one Man and one Woman.
But God has given us a way to overcome this obscenity with the Protection of Marriage Amendment that will be appearing on the November Ballet. The Protect Marriage campaign was able,
California Supreme Court Overturns Same-Sex Marriage Ban
Well our not-so glorious California Supreme Court has chose to ignore the will of the people of California and bat down a ban of Same-Sex Marriages in California.
“Pro-family” organizations have submitted more than 1.1 million signatures for an initiative that would amend the state Constitution to outlaw same-sex marriage. If at least 694,354 signatures are found to be valid, the measure would go on the November ballot and, if approved by voters, would override any court ruling in favor of same-sex marriage.
In a 4-3 decision this “leading” state, the second to do so, said that it would welcome gay marriages.
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger said he will support the decision.
“I respect the court’s decision and as governor, I will uphold its ruling,” Schwarzenegger said in a statement. “Also, as I have said in the past, I will not support an amendment to the constitution that would overturn this state Supreme Court ruling.”
